Data deletion
This page explains how to ask Vondris Sdn. Bhd. to delete personal data, and how to disconnect Facebook, WhatsApp and Google from Vondris. For more detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
If you are a business using Vondris
- Delete your account and data. Email privacy@vondris.io from the email on your account, with your business name. We confirm the request, give you 30 days to export your data if you want to, and then delete or anonymise your data within a further 30 days, unless law requires us to keep it (for example, billing records).
- Disconnect WhatsApp and Facebook. In Meta Business Suite, go to Settings → Business integrations (or Integrations → Connected apps) and remove Vondris. We stop receiving and sending messages for your number straight away. Your number and the WhatsApp Business app keep working.
- Disconnect Google Calendar. Disconnect it in your Vondris settings, or remove Vondris at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We delete your Google OAuth tokens immediately and any other stored Google data within 30 days. Events already in your calendar stay there.
If you messaged a business that uses Vondris
We hold your messages and booking details on behalf of that business. You can:
- ask the business directly to delete your data; or
- email privacy@vondris.io with the WhatsApp number you used and the name of the business. We pass the request to the business and, once it confirms, delete your messages, booking records and visit records within 30 days.
You can also ask us to stop reporting events about your visits to Meta, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What we delete
- Conversation messages and the details you gave the assistant.
- Booking, attendance and payment records.
- Connection tokens for WhatsApp, Facebook and Google.
- Records of events reported to Meta. Events Meta has already received are held by Meta under its own policies.
Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we aim to respond within 21 days.
